R.A.E. Transport, Inc. was established and incorporated in the State of Illinois in 1991.

 

The company’s primary service started as a waste removal company, taking garbage from transfer stations to various designated landfills in the Tri-State area.

The company extended its services, with proper licensing, to heavy haul construction material including stone, sand, rip rap, and salt from various material yards in Illinois and surrounding states. The company also hauls dirt, debris, rubbish, and special waste to designated landfills in Illinois and surrounding states.

R.A.E. Transport, Inc. purchased Norgaard Trucking, Inc., a brokerage business, in 2011.  Norgaard Trucking, Inc. became a subsidiary of R.A.E. Transport, Inc., which allows us to better service our customer base with access to a higher volume of semi trucks.

R.A.E. Transport, Inc. is a woman-owned business and is listed with the City of Chicago, DOT, Metra, CTA, and PACE through the Unified Certification Program and with the State of Illinois. The company is certified as a MWDBE business and follows all rules and regulations required for our industry.
